At UNITOMâ„¢, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel. Items must be returned in their original condition with all designer tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or store credit.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original UNITOMâ„¢ packaging and securely seal the box, ensuring all original garment tags and protective liners are intact.
- 3.Ship Your Return
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Quality Check & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
